Waldek is a genuine leader, combining practical approach to business with strong values which drive his actions (and his speeches).

As a speaker, he gets to the point quickly, and then highlights specifics brilliantly and creatively, capturing the attention of the audience. He is skillful in using symbols and various forms of presentation, including animations, images and videos, and therefore able to make people stay focused. Most importantly, Waldek’s energy on stage is contagious; he simply knows when to quit the stage to leave the best possible impression on his audience.

Ever since Waldek set his foot at the Łódź University of Technology and IFE, and mainly because of his doing, we entered the era of going off the bitten track in learning and mutual inspirations to get the most creative solutions and ideas for the future. He is a true master of multi-dimensional and timeless metaphor which helps the audience identify with their own, individual perspective in a surprisingly effective manner.

This is how he wins the hearts and feelings of his listeners. Indeed, after the meeting with Waldek, everyone will leave with a major gift: a boost of inspiration and ideas for the future. It is a great and uncommon skill to know how to instill curiosity, and use words to galvanize the heart and the mind for action. Waldek has acquired this skill to his best.

He is not afraid of tough challenges and discerning audiences. He has given lots of speeches to the students and staff of the Łódź University of Technology, and was able to engage them in new adventures and creative activities. He inspires, shows how to connect non-obvious dots and use them as a springboard for genuine innovations. Waldek is truly “All in One” among speakers, touching upon diverse fields and disciplines and ensuring the highest possible return on investment. Undoubtedly, he has made a major contribution to building “IFE as a place of useful learning – (not only teaching!)”, and we are extremely grateful for that!

Energy sector is a fertile ground for implementing solutions to foster green transition. In the light of technology, environmental, social and economic challenges, Waldemar’s speech turned out to be extremely relevant and opened our minds to what now seems impossible but will be in use soon, and what can make us true leaders. The passion with which Waldemar presented topics of innovation, creativity, and thinking outside the box deserves respect and recognition.
