I believe that when your balance is disturbed by the perspective of others you get a great opportunity to learn something new. It’s entirely up to you to decide how much you will be affected and how much you will learn. In our private and professional lives we are all witnessing how the world around is becoming more and more interconnected. It’s now all about the opportunities and the choices we make.
By making use of this interconnectedness, with openness and courage, and by engaging with other people, you can merge multiple disciplines and enjoy the process along the way. This is how you broaden your horizons and build a richer ecosystem for yourself. And just be aware that an accidental encounter, with apparently no specific goal, may still yield some tangible results.
I strongly believe that all of the above helps us enjoy what we do and at the same time strike the right balance between anxiety and boredom, which in turn, induces a state of flow.
